Our real estate practice covers the legal tasks necessary for the successful completion and closing of a real estate transaction, starting from the due diligence and followed by the preparation and negotiation of complex “share deal” or “asset deal” transactions, such as sales-purchase, rental or management agreements, as the case may be, and also including legal representation before the land registry and other authorities.
We have the expertise in the specific field of arable land transactions, and contracts relating to the use or lease of such lands.
Contract law practice
We put our skills gained in multinational environment in the service of our clients. We assist not only in the course of making, but also in the course of enforcing agreements, irrespectively of whether such are relating to the daily operation of our client or to certain transaction.

We represent our clients in the fields of commercial, civil and n various administrative matters in proceedings before Hungarian ordinary courts and authorities.
We provide effective and efficient legal representation in litigation before courts, and we take into consideration the current developments of judicial enforcement as well.
Tax practice
We focuse not only on the development of tax-efficient structures in commercial and business transactions, but we also provide assistance to our clients in tax issues on a daily basis, which include the revision of contracts and agreements from a taxation point of view, the exploration and analysis of certain tax risks, the drafting of consultative letters and opinions. We provide these services to our clients in relation to direct and indirect taxes, too.
Intellectual property and trademarks
We assist our clients with full range of legal services relating to the acquisition, protection, utilization and exploitation of our clients’ intellectual properties. We can provide assistance from the very first idea, to provide support in relation to those valuable property rights that are not protected by the law as intellectual propoerty. We represent our clients before the National Intellectual Property Office, foreign and international authorities.
